About Bob:

Bob Berry is a senior IT executive and consultant with more than thirty years' experience domestically and internationally in the Technology, Construction, Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, REIT, Retail, Property Management, Entertainment, Medical Device/Pharmaceutical, Travel, Manufacturing and e-commerce Industries. He has extensive technical expertise in all aspects of Information Technology and has successfully managed IT organizations large and small.

Bob has been responsible for multiple reorganizations of IT operations during mergers, acquisitions, and right sizing, including global consolidations. His application expertise spans front/back office systems across multiple industries, supply chain, financial systems, business intelligence and ERP - including implementation/upgrades of Microsoft, Oracle EBS, SAP, JD Edwards, Yardi and GP Dynamics - and he has delivered significant business process improvement and operational cost reduction through strategic sourcing. Bob has been a successful proponent of good practices and metrics management in IT, including COBIT Governance, ITIL in Service Management, ISO2700X, Structured PMO Processes and Agile/RAD in application development.

Bob has managed system selection/ implementation and infrastructure projects (Oracle EBS, HRIS, Hyperion, Infrastructure upgrades and moves) and re-architected IT organizations by implementing good practices in governance and controls. Bob has performed independent verification, validation, and remediation engagements for clients in order to gain statutory compliance, providing practical solutions and techniques in budget-conscious environments.

Bob holds a Masters degree in Public Administration from the University of Connecticut and a BA in Political Science from the University of Vermont.
