TERMS OF PURCHASE

Choose one (1) of the above for 6 days/6 nights.

Trip reservations start booking on January 1, 2021 for travel between June 2021 and June 2022.

Trips are non-refundable.

There are no blackout dates; however, peak season and holiday weeks book early.

There is no guarantee of availability for specific date requests. Dates are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Primus Villas ensure ample availability during the year the trip is eligible.

Reservation dates will be mutually agreed upon by the high bidder and Primus Villas.

Trip may not be resold for profit.

A $150 per person refundable utility/security deposit will apply.

Utility usage is covered up to $250. Excessive utility usage over $250 will be charged to the high bidder and/or deducted from the utility/security deposit.

Some villas may accommodate more than 8 guests. Additional fees will apply for groups over 8.

Please note some of the properties are currently listed for sale. If the villa you have reserved is sold prior to your travel dates, your scheduled dates will remain secure, but your reservation may have to be switched to another property of similar size, quality and location.

Please allow 30 days for your trip to be processed. A welcome email will be sent by Primus Villas concierge team within business days after processing is complete. Your trip is valid for one year from date or purchase, however, a grace period of up to 30 days is provided to allow time for processing.
