We are pleased to announce that our Canal Quarters lockhouses are open with new protocols in place with your health in mind! When you stay in one of our lockhouses, you have it to yourself for the duration of your stay, providing you with a fun place to socially distance while you enjoy the beautiful C&O Canal with your family and friends.

We are now having our lockhouses professionally cleaned between each guest. Cleaning staff will focus on high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs and light switches, furniture, and cooking implements. We have replaced the cotton mattress covers with easy-to-disinfect vinyl ones, and we have removed some "touchables" that might be more difficult to clean.
