Central Florida Sportsman Experience for 2 with CCA's Executive Director Brian Gorski and Senior Regional Director Adam Miller

This Central Florida experience will be based out of the Clermont chain of lakes and will include a 2-night stay at the Lake Minneola Inn and participation in an alligator hunt and frog gigging. Lake Minneola Inn has been hosting guests near and far for over 100 years. The Inn is set on a beautiful lake front property with the most amazing sunsets in Lake County. You can find a great place to eat right in their back yard at The Tiki Bar & Grill.

Winning bidder and companion will be picked up at the Minneola Inn and Tiki Bar just after sunset to embark on the hunt throughout the Clermont chain of lakes. This hunt will be using the conventional method of "snagging" the alligator with rod and reel and fighting until boat side. Once the alligator is boat side a .357 bang stick will be used to finish it off. This is an up close and personal type of hunt and can be very exciting at times. While scouting for alligators, we'll have the opportunity to gig some frogs as well.

This trip is available from August 29th to September 5th 2020. Trip will include the use of one (1) Florida alligator FWC issued CITES tag. Not included is a $52 Alligator Trapping Agent License (per person) required for anyone taking part in the hunt. If an alligator is not taken during this hunt the tag will not be transferable per FWC regulation. Hunt will consist of one (1) night. Trip must be booked on mutually agreeable terms and taken within the time period of permit issued.
