Are you looking for a fun, safe and socially distant engagement opportunity for your staff, family, or friends? The Center for Family Resources has a great opportunity for an interactive (but still socially distant) team building or group activity; the CFR Community Scavenger Hunt - coming your way August 17-31, 2020. Register now to participate.
On August 17th, registered participants will receive a list of scavenger hunt items to find in our community. Just snap a picture of the items on the list, create a few photo collages and submit your finished product to CFR no later than August 31st at 5pm. Points are given for creativity so have some fun! Celebrity judges will review our entries and select our winners. Judges will look for creativity, completion, and accuracy. Prizes will be given to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners.
Pay close attention to CFR's social media channels - three special clues will be provided, and teams can receive extra points for following the instructions and completing those items as well!
All proceeds from the scavenger hunt support the vital work of CFR, who since 1960 has helped thousands of Cobb County residents with financial and food assistance, housing services, education, employment, and life skills. Now, more than ever, our services are needed.

The Participant understands that the Activities may include strenuous activity, traveling to various sites or other tasks which entail a risk of physical injury. Participant does hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless CFR and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from Participant's participation in the Activities. Participant understands that this Release discharges CFR from any liability or claim that the Participant may have against CFR with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, property damage or other harm that may result from Participant's participation in the Activities, whether caused by the negligence of CFR or its officers, directors, employees, or agents or otherwise. Participant also understands that CFR does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including but not limited to medical, health, or disability insurance in the event of injury or illness. Participant does hereby grant and convey unto CFR all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by CFR during the Participant's participation in the Activities, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings. This is a statement of understanding and acceptance of all stipulations upon participation in Activities presented here.
