  • 1 lb box dark brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup pecans

This recipe was handed down from the grandmother of a Holy Angels resident, Charles. Charles' grandmother, Pauline Moss, started baking Congo Squares 70 years ago, and they have been a family favorite ever since. Lush with brown sugar, butter, chocolate chips and nuts, they will soon become your family favorite too!
