White Chocolate Bread Pudding

2 Packages of Hawaiin Rolls
4 Eggs
2 Cups of Sugar
4 Cups Heavy Cream
2 Teaspoons Vanilla
1 Stick of Butter

Break rolls into small pieces. Place in a 9 x 13 pan that has been sprayed with oil. Whisk eggs and add sugar, cream and vanilla.
Add melted butter and blend well.
Pour mixture over bread . Press mixture down and let stand for about 10 minutes to allow bread to absorb mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

White Chocolate Sauce

1 1/2 Sticks of butter
1 box white chocolate bar broken into pieces
1 cup powdered sugar
4-6 teaspoons of water

Combine butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat until melted, stopping to stir every 30 seconds. When completely melted, add sugar a little at a time. Blend well until smooth. Add water one teaspoon at a time until the mixture is smooth and easy to pour. Pour the sauce over the bread pudding.

Do not make the sauce until the pudding is done. It will be too hard to pour.
