Take a bike ride on the Swamp Rabbit with Conserving Carolina Executive Director Kieran Roe! Kieran will take a group of up to six on a bicycle ride from Travelers Rest, SC to Falls Park in downtown Greenville, SC. At Falls Park, the half-way point, guests will be treated to a catered lunch and will learn about the history and creation of both Falls Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail from local partners.
The Swamp Rabbit Trail is a 22-mile multi-use (walking and bicycling) greenway that traverses along the Reedy River, an old railroad corridor and City parks to connect Travelers Rest with the City of Greenville, South Carolina. It has transformed the local economies and is a true source of pride for Greenville County.
This gorgeous rail trail trip is about 20 miles round-trip in total but it can be shortened to suit the item winner's preference. This trip would be about a half-day, with each direction taking about an hour and a half with a long lunch break. Winner must schedule activity by August 31, 2021.
