PRESS is home to the largest collection of Napa Valley wines in the world, so as expected, its wine team is equally stellar. Now this savvy Somm team can be YOURS. These wine stewards will organize and customize your cellar, giving you the clarity and confidence to enjoy your wines better and more efficiently!

YOUR PERSONAL SOMMELIERS WILL PROVIDE

Organization:

• Sorting based on objective criteria (e.g., grape variety, region of origin, expected readiness, or vintage)
• Labeling of each bottle

Inventory Spreadsheet:

• Basic records (e.g. region of origin, producer, bottling, grape varieties, vintage, and bottle format)
• Other characteristics (e.g. tasting notes, wine scores, ideal aging and drinking window, vintage quality, fair market values)

Advice:

• Assessing your personal tastes
• Evaluating your storage conditions
• Expanding and enhancing your collection
• Food pairing suggestions

RESTRICTIONS

To be scheduled on a mutually agreeable date prior to December 2021 and based on a maximum of 30 hours of consultation.
