If Jen Putnam is the EDOG (Exec Director of the Grapegrowers), then that makes hubby John the MOEDOG (Man of EDOG... What's up dawg?!). Let's face it - John is not blind to his blind. Two dudes will sneak away to John's remote hideaway to hunt for green-winged teal, sprig, and widgeon. It's game on with John on Grizzly Island at one of the oldest clubs in the Bay Area, just 40 minutes from the Napa Valley.

ABOUT GRIZZLY ISLAND

Surrounded by water, Grizzly Island actually made up of multiple islands, totaling 12,900 acres of marshland, a prime wildlife habitat and vital buffer against further marsh development. Home to over 230 distinct bird species, including 25 waterfowl species, as well as amphibians, reptiles, and fish, a slew of river otters, and tule bull elk, which can be heard bugling in the early morning and evening.

RESTRICTIONS

To be scheduled on a mutually agreeable date during hunting season, October 2020 - January 2021 or October 2021 - January 2022. No bird dogs, John will retrieve! Must have a duck license and federal stamp. Sales tax on all applicable items are included in the purchase price of Harvest STOMP auction lots.
