For over a decade, Girls Night Out (GNO) has generated a popular following for empowering women leaders to help Marian break the cycle of poverty for girls with limited means but high potential -- all within a powerful networking setting.
This year's innovative, virtual program will feature Lisa Nichols, CEO and Co-Founder of Technology Partners, a national technology company headquartered in St. Louis, followed by real-time networking breakout "zooms" led by our region's top women business leaders.
Lisa Nichols: Embracing a Growth Mindset
I endeavor to build a case that having a growth mindset might be one of the most foundational concepts that we should focus on. As with anything that we are going to make a part of our ongoing DNA, we need a motivation for doing so and be convinced that this is something that should demand our attention.
We can have a high IQ with intellectual smarts; we can have a high EQ that allows us to be social geniuses; but if we have a high GQ (Growth Quotient), we can be a better version of ourselves every day.
