· The Park City Silver Star Ultimate ski-in / ski-out experience (the "Vacation Package") is only valid from March 22, 2021 through March 28, 2021.

· Vacation Package is for accommodations only and does not include food, beverage, equipment rentals, lift tickets, airfare, transportation, or any other associated expenses. Pets are strictly prohibited.

· Vacation Package is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

· The auction winner hereby consents to, and agrees to be bound by, Park City Rental Properties' Terms and Conditions.

· The auction winner agrees to place its credit card information on file with Chance For Life prior to, during, and for a period of 14 days after the conclusion of the auction winner's reservation for any incidental expenses, including, but not limited to, expenses incurred as a result of property damage.

· Chance for Life and the donor are not responsible (and disclaim any liability) for the use, validity, quality, suitability, fitness, and due disclosure of the Vacation Package and make no representations, warranties, or conditions of any kind in this respect.
