Visit New Riff Distilling and experience a Private Barrel Selection Experience like no other. Let the professionals at New Riff walk you and a group of eight (8) through the entire bourbon experience, from the distilling of bourbon to your own finished bourbon barrel selection. The chosen barrel will be bottled at barrel proof without chill filtration, allowing all of the characteristics of the bourbon to shine through. Two of our NKU Norse fellow bourbon enthusiasts, NKU Athletic Director - Ken Bothof and Head Men's Basketball Coach - Darrin Horn, will join you for the entire experience. Following your selection experience at New Riff, you and your group will be treated to dinner at Lisse Steakhuis in Mainstrasse.

Details:

• Captain's Experience is for two (2) individuals
• 18 bottles (3 cases) of your private select New Riff bourbon
• Captain will have priority option to purchase or secure commitments for the remaining six (6) seats of the experience sold in pairs
• Captain will also have the deciding vote on barrel selection
• Guided selection with New Riff Representatives
• New Riff barrel and barrel head
• Dinner at Lisse Steakhouse

The selected bottle from this experience will be used to bottle the NKU Athletics 50th Anniversary Commemorative Bottle.
