The session is designed to help you become better attuned to what you must do to achieve the degree of success in life that you desire, and to help you become more aware of behaviors that may be getting in your way of achieving those successes. In this 60-90 minute breakthrough session, you and the coach will:

a. identify a goal you wish to have a breakthrough in

b. design an action plan to gain massive momentum around your goal

c. create a strategy to condition a peak-performance emotional state around this goal
