This intimate three hour course is an entry level immersion into the world of wine. Maximum number of guests is ten (10).

This may be conducted in the comfort of your own home or at Restaurant Hospitality Institute, at 1516 East Tropicana, #230. Las Vegas, NV 89119

· The beginning of program will explore sommelier lingo, proper service, specific wine laws and various styles with food pairings discussion.

· During the second half of the class we will focus on tasting eight bottles relevant to presentation.

Our format is designed to be fun, private, welcoming and removes the bias of specific wine makers or brand distributors.

Entire program will be coordinated and conducted personally by Restaurant Hospitality Institute Founder, Mark Steele. Steele is a certified sommelier by the Court of Master Sommeliers, the Culinary Union 226 and valedictorian of Bellagio Wine Academy. He has won 14 Wine Spectator Awards during his operational career. Steele is also certified by the Cicerone Certification Program and Sake Education Counsel.

After mutually agreed upon available date, program and wines will be custom selected with client communication at least 14 days before event.

Video/TV HDMI accessibility will be needed, for maximum retaining and enjoyment. All guests must be at least 21 years of age, with identification. Glassware can be discussed if host would like to provide or RHI can provide.
