Nowhere else in Panama City Beach will you find a resort on the beach and a lake on 26 acres of sand. Pinnacle Port has many activities to keep your family busy. The large pool is attached to the Tower building and offers a roof over half of the pool. This pool is heated in the winter months. A smaller pool is across the parking lot form the mid-rise buildings. Four lighted tennis courts give you the ability to hit balls when the air cools off in the evenings. Several shuffleboard courts may be used to see who can get the best score. Grilling can be done in the picnic area where grills are provided. Games and vending machines keep children happy when they need a beach break. Saunas located on the ground floor of the Tower are separate for men and women. The exercise room is open for use by those over the age of 16. One of the best amenities is the natural 880 acre Lake Powell. Canoes, kayaks, and a paddleboat may be rented for use on the lake. A marina and boat slips are also accessible for Pinnacle Port guests. Docks on the property allow for some very good fishing- just do not forget your fishing license.

Unit A-1 505 is a townhome style 2 bedroom 2.5 bath ocean and lake view condo. We are set up to make families, snowbirds and lovebirds comfortable. We have Wifi available through out the community including the beach. There is a DVD player in the den and flat screen TV's in each bedroom. The T.V. in the den is a smart TV for using any subscription you already have to stream TV. The kitchen is equipped so you will lack for nothing. This unit is beautiful and you will feel right at home. The master bedroom with a king size bed looks out over the Gulf so you can see and hear the ocean from bed. The 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is also another twin bed too so the room has beds for 4 people. It's great for all the kids. This room has a 32 inch flat screen with a USB port or DHMi port for your gaming systems if you wish to bring them. The den offers a queen size fold out sofa that has a oversized 6 inch mattress, a 32 inch flat screen and a view of the marina on Lake Powell.

And most importantly... there's a washer and dryer in the half bath.
