Located mid-island between Palmetto Dunes and the Marriott Surfwatch Resort, this luxury home has four levels covering over 4200 square feet. Bottom level has a 2-car garage, private pool with gas grill, outdoor sectional, and teak dining table.

Second level is the main living area with family room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and bedroom. Third level has four bedrooms, including two with Cal King beds. Fourth level has a bedroom with Cal King bed, TV, and two sets of bunk beds, each with a Twin bed on top and Double bed on bottom and an en-suite bathroom. An additional bedroom on the Fourth level has double Queen beds.

The home is a half-mile walk to the beach.
