He doesn't say much; in fact, our Bleu is as quiet as a mouse! Bleu is weighted with pellets for a wonderful heft when you hold him. Not only is he jointed at the neck, Bleu also has wire armature in his arms and feet to allow for even more expressive, gentle posing. Steiff artisans have airbrushed fine details to give him added character. And peeking out from beneath his blue sailor collar is a special Steiff bonus... a custom-designed Squeeker chest tag! It is rare for Steiff to customize the chest tag completely, but our Squeekers are so cute and special, we insisted it be done. All in all, there is a lot of Steiff in this little Squeeker.
