With approximately 5000 Acres of trails, three show size arenas (with one indoors), a working round pen and two large indoor lounges with viewing windows, Kraus Farms is considered one of the largest working ranches in Missouri.

A variety of programs and courses are offered to support a wide variety riding and training styles throughout the year.

Included in this Equestrian Package:

  • 3 Certificates for a trail ride for one person*
  • 3 Certificates for one introductory evaluation lesson*

*Trail rides are offered March 1st-November and reservations are required. Riders must be at least 7 years old, have the ability to mount & dismount independently and execute oral instruction.

*The evaluation lesson lasts approximately 1 1/2 hours. It consists of safety lessons, aspects of horse care (grooming and tacking) and riding skills.

Kraus Farms is conveniently located in Southwest St. Louis County near the intersection of Highways 44 and 141 on the edge of the scenic Forest 44 Conservation area.
