Close to Jack Frost and Camelback, Kalahari and other Pocono attractions. There is a 56,000 square foot Community Center which boasts a multitude of amenities including an indoor pool with a splash park, indoor tennis, fitness center, game room, teen area and activities for the entire family. Auction winner will have full use of a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home with a swing set and fire pit in the backyard. If the winner would like to use all the Lake Naomi amenities for the week (lake, beaches, pools, community center), they must purchase a weekly temporary membership for a cost of $400. (Access to the weekly temporary membership for the club amenities for summer 2021 may be restricted due to COVID, so this can be delayed to summer 2022 if winning bidder prefers).
