Ever wondered what it would be like to meet one of the Founding Fathers and ask him about life at the founding of the country? This is your chance. Thomas Jefferson, as portrayed by Steve Edenbo for American Historical Theatre, will join you and a small group of friends to discuss life in early America where you can hear about his thoughts on the Revolution, the people with whom he fought for freedom, building Monticello, life in France, his accomplishments (and failures) as president, and more.

After a mutually agreed upon date and time are selected, you choose the venue. Invite him to your house for a small dinner party, to City Tavern or another restaurant, or any number of possibilities. Mr. Jefferson will spend up to 90 minutes with you and your group. He will travel up to one hour from Philadelphia. Further travel must be negotiated.

If you would prefer to donate Mr. Jefferson's visit to your child's school, Steve has programming 4th grade and up. He could spend up to 90 minutes with students in one of the following: 1.) 4th and/or 5th grade; 2.) 6th/7th or 7th/8th grade; 3.) 9th/10th grade; 4.) 11th/12th grade. His elementary and middle school programming features student volunteers joining Mr. Jefferson on the stage to participate in this fun learning experience. His high school programming involves students by means of Q&A and discussion opportunities intermixed with the more formal presentation elements. With all of his student programming, Steve not only brings the history to the students, he invites the students into their history.
