HNTB is not responsible to replace this award if the certificate numbers are lost, if the desired flights are not available or if the airline no longer accepts the awards.

It is recommended to book in advance to secure preferred dates/location of travel. Authorization Numbers are VOID if sold or bartered. This award is non-transferable. Certificate is valid until 3/27/2021, and all travel must be booked by that date. Space and availability is similar to redeeming frequent flier tickets.

Certificate is good for travel between the Caribbean and the Continental U.S. (First Class/Business Class). Travel within the continental U.S. is permitted but must be confirmed via an american airlines travel agent (this may be subject to change and is not the responsibility of HNTB).

Pick-Up/Delivery:

Upon completion of the event, American Cancer Society staff will contact you regarding pick-up or delivery of your package. You may be required to cover the cost of shipping.
