Hand-made Native American Wallet

The beads are "cut" beads, meaning they are faceted giving it the shimmer. Each bead was hand-picked for this item. An enrolled Shoshone Bannock tribal member made this beautiful item with their own color scheme and a geometric pattern. The deer hide has been traditionally brain-tanned, a method that has been used for hundreds of years and is still practiced today. The Shoshone people are known for their intricate beadwork and are the best in the country. It is museum quality yet, can be used for everyday needs.
