Bidding Rules:
All bidding for silent auction items will occur via the GiveSmart bidding platform either through the website or mobile app.
Bidding for all silent auction items will close at 7:45 pm on Saturday, May 23, 2020.
Winning bidders will be contacted and also announced during the Facebook Live Event on Saturday May 23rd.
Arrangements can be made to pick up items starting Tuesday May 26. Winning bidders will incur any shipping costs of items if needed.
Must be 21 years of age or older to secure the winning bid on any item that includes alcohol. Photo ID required at pick up.
Must be 18 years of age or older to secure winning bid on any item that includes lottery tickets. Photo ID required at pick up.
