Interior Room Refresh, by Bristled Patina, LLC

Bristled Patina, LLC will provide a complete room remodel including the following:

• Ceiling repaint
• Minor drywall wall repairs (e.g. filling or "gapping")
• Tim work repaint (including doors and windows)
• Wall repaint

Their goal is to transform someone's living space from top to bottom, in hopes of bringing new life to an old space.

Limitations & Exclusions

• Room size not to exceed 15'x15' (larger spaces can be accommodated at an additional pro-rated fee)
• Minor repairs do not include structural damage to substrates
• Cabinetry and custom-built woodwork is NOT included
• Customer is responsible for moving furniture and personal affects
• Package includes paint expense for 1 trim color and 1 wall color

This auction item will benefit Christopher Williams' overall fundraising campaign.

You will be notified via the online auction website, Gesture, if you are the winning bidder. Expect an email from BBBSKC within 3 business days of your win in regards to your delivery options. You may either pick up your item from our office located at 1709 Walnut Street, Kansas City, MO 64108 or we can ship you your item(s) (delivery fees apply). All online auction purchases are final. Please note, if you want your auction item before Christmas, you must pick your item up at BBBS no later than December 17. Otherwise, pick-up or delivery will be scheduled after the first of the year.
