• 1-hour consultation with BrandLab Executive Director, Ghadeer Garcia, to advise how winner's workplace can best utilize the diversity, equity and inclusion leadership training services
• 2-hour executive coaching session for career and leadership development with Dionne King for 10
• Dionne King is an award-winning cultural strategist who leads DMK Consults, LLC, an executive leadership firm that specializes in diversity, inclusion and mediation
• Session based on availability and must be set by January 31, 2021
• Virtual dinner and discussion with Sophic Solutions for 4
• Sophic Solutions Team will engage in a 90 minute virtual conversation to discuss training opportunities and services in the areas of:
• Anti racism training, understanding cognitive dissonance, racial and social identity development, stereotype threat and imposter syndrome, cultural reciprocity and responsiveness, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging consultation
• This formal training will allow for in-depth analyses and assessments in the area of diversity and inclusion in the workplace
• Includes (4) $50 DoorDash gift cards for each attendee to purchase dinner
• Empathy workshop for 10 with Danya Turkmani Consulting
• 8 hours of in-person training activities
• 2 hours of pre-work
• 1-hour post-workshop feedback session with implementation strategies
• 3-month advance notice of services needed for scheduling purposes
• Must be mutually agreed upon date in 2021
• Inclusion and Equity training with Nicole Jacobs-Silvey
• Nicole Jacobs-Silvey is a community-minded connector who strives to empower others to live their best lives. With 20+ years in the not-for-profit sector, she is both mission-driven and passionate about Kansas City, the community she calls home
• Participants will engage in a 60 minute panel discussion about race, equity, diversity and inclusion
• Unlimited number of attendees
• Must be used on mutually agreed upon date in 2021
