Small Private Event for 10-15 People at the Creamery Rooftop, During the First Quarter of 2021

5-hour event time including set-up/clean-up, with food and beverage provided by a licensed caterer. Any Sunday - Thursday that is available with the exception of holidays.

• TV Screens (2 Indoor, 2 Outdoor)
• Changing Bathroom/Shower
• Outdoor and Indoor Furniture
• Wi-Fi
• Parking Lot (Up To 50 Spaces)
• Heaters or Misting Fans
• Building Representative on Site

Currently, Covid-19 restriction is 50% capacity through January 2021. Covid-19 may have additional restrictions come 2021. Insurance will need to be purchased through the link provided in the contract.

You will be notified via the online auction website, Gesture, if you are the winning bidder. Expect an email from BBBSKC within 3 business days of your win in regards to your delivery options. You may either pick up your item from our office located at 1709 Walnut Street, Kansas City, MO 64108 or we can ship you your item(s) (delivery fees apply). All online auction purchases are final. Please note, if you want your auction item before Christmas, you must pick your item up at BBBS no later than December 17. Otherwise, pick-up or delivery will be scheduled after the first of the year.
