This basket features a decorative towel and wine opener along with three bottles of Holy Cross Abbey wines:

Sangre de Cristo Nouveau: A bright fruity wine, reminiscent of a sangria or sweet boujolais. True to the Nouveau style, this wine is very fruit forward, with hints of Concord. Serve chilled or over ice. Delicious with pizza, burgers, enchiladas and dolmas (stuffed grape leaves). 12% alcohol.
American Riesling: Our Riesling has been made in the true German style. Fermented to 11.4% alcohol, with a snappy acidity up front and a mineral finish. Full of honeysuckle, pear, apricot and nectarine in the nose and mouth. Serve with seafood, sushi, cheeses and fruits. It's fruity tartness and refreshing crisp finish make it a must for your holiday turkey, ham or goose.
Vineyard Sunset: Vineyard Sunset is a White Zinfandel blended with a splash of Riesling. Light and crisp, with hints of citrus, guava and watermelon in the nose. Serve chilled with chicken or seafood, or as an apertif with hors d'oeuvres. Great with ethnic foods such as Mexican, Thai, Greek, Japanese, Chinese or Moroccan. Very nice in the summer time with a splash of club soda and lime, over ice.
