To ensure the safety of RISE Center supporters and the Tuscaloosa Community, CHIP in for RISE 2020 Silent Auction has become a completely virtual auction starting October 1 at midnight. The auction will close at 10pm on October 2. Even though the event may look different this year, the need for therapy and special education services for children with special needs remains the same. With your support through online donations and bidding, RISE Center continues to provide services to children with special needs at no cost to the families.
Auction Items can be previewed at NorthRiver Yacht Club on October 1 & 2 from 9am-1pm and 5pm-7pm.
Par-Tee to Go packages are available for purchase for $50 from RISE Center. The Par-Tee to Go includes assorted desserts for two, bottle of wine, and two wine Silipints. These can be picked up from NorthRiver Yacht Club on October 1&2 from 9am-1pm and 5pm-7pm, or from The University Club October 1 & 2 from 3-7pm.

Payment and Item Pick Up
All winning bidders will receive a text message of winnings immediately following the close of the auction on October 2, 10pm. Invoices will be emailed to winning bidders and donors by Monday, October 5. Donations and item payments can be made online through The University of Alabama invoice or in person (credit card, cash or check) at item pick up.
Item pick up or payments will be at NorthRiver Yacht Club October 5 and 6 from 9am-2pm. October 7 and after, items can be picked up or paid for at RISE Center from 9am-2pm.

Q - How do I register for the Auction?

Q - How will I pay for the donations I have made and or the items I have won?
A - You will receive a text message following closure of the auction letting you know you have won an item or made a donation. Since we will not have a physical check out station as we do at our live events we will be sending email/text invoices by Monday, October 5. These invoices will have instructions on how to pay online or in person at NorthRiver Yacht Club or RISE Center. If paying in person, check, cash or credit card payments are accepted.
Q - If the event is virtual how will I receive the items I have won?
A - Items can be picked up from NorthRiver Yacht Club on October 5 & 6 from 9am-2pm. October 7 and after, items can be picked up from RISE Center. RISE Center will also discuss mailing items for out of town winners.
Q - What if there is a discrepancy on my checkout screen?
A - Contact Bailey Chambers at the RISE Center office at 205.348.7931 and she will work with you to review and rectify any issues.
