Channing Daughters is a highly respected winery and tasting room in the storied Hamptons. The VerVino Vermouth line represents a seasonal collection of fortified wine, made magical and distinct with the addition of botanicals, grown and foraged by their nearby farmer friends. We encourage you to drink these wonderful elixirs in a variety of ways, but try them on their own as an aperitif and for comparison.Then move onto chilled VerVino, over ice, maybe in a spritz. Don't forget to explore the world of Martinis, Manhattans, and Negronis too!

This package includes:

• 1 tasting flight (6) 750 ml bottles of seasonal VerVino Vermouth from Channing Daughters Vineyard, Bridgehampton, NY

1. Variation 1--Spring (White): Base of Sauvignon Blanc. 30 plus botanicals. Botanicals include calendula, fennel, sage, nasturtium, lemon balm, rose, basil, black birch, chives, and spiked za'atar.
2. Variation 2--Early Summer (White): Base of Sauvignon Blanc. 30 plus botanicals. Slightly spicy. Botanicals include Thai green chili peppers, paper lantern habaneros, jalapenos, borage, tarragon, cucumbers, angelica, and zucchini blossoms.
3. Variation 3--Early Summer (Pink): Base of rose wine. Thirty-plus botanicals. Botanicals include beets, arugula, black birch, fennel, blueberries, and much more.
4. Variation 4--Late Summer (Pink): Thirty-plus botanicals. Botanicals include red and yellow watermelon, shitake mushrooms, carrots, rose petals, mint, rosemary, and much more.
5. Variation 5--Late summer (Pink): Base of white wine, usually a blend like CD Mosaico. Thirty-plus botanicals. Botanicals include musk melon, peaches, flowering basil, flowering dill, lemon balm, papalo, lemon verbena, and more.
6. Variation 6--Autumn: (Red): base of red wine...often Petit Verdot and Sculpture Garden. Botanicals include apples, Asian pears, pumpkin, butternut squash, calendula, sage, borage, and more...
