Apéritifs in the Haus!

Owned by Helena and Woody, a third-generation winemaking family, Haus was born on their farm in Sonoma County, California. Their hand-crafted apéritifs put a modern spin on the European tradition of a before meal drink. You will find that Helena and Woody's versions are less sweet and less bitter than their European counterparts, and derive in flavor from fresh fruits, herbs, and natural botanical flavors. The result is a much more refreshing, complex, and enjoyable aperitif.

This package includes:

  • (4) Limited-edition bottles from The Restaurant Project.

Launched in April 2020, The Restaurant Project was a line of apéritifs that Haus co-created with restaurants across America, many of which are James Beard Award Winners. Each apéritif is a true collaboration with the restaurant - reflecting their culinary vision and some of their favorite ingredients. Through the Restaurant Project, Haus donated 100% of the profits from these bottles straight to the restaurants, enabling them to support employees, cover their operating costs, and stay in business during the pandemic.

The Restaurant Project bottles included include:

Haus x HiPPO - Blood orange, pomegranate, and jasmine create a true California style apéritif that allows the state's native citrus to shine.

Haus x Empire State South - Inspired by the delightful simplicity of vermouth on ice, tart kumquat, herbal bay leaves and thyme, aromatic bergamot and a hint of vanilla make this apéritif the perfect balance of sweet and dry.

Haus x Kismet - With sweet and earthy beets, bright hibiscus, and fragrant rose, this apéritif is inspired by Kismet's Mediterranean cuisine.

Haus x Marlow Collective - Inspired by a grapefruit spritz, this is the apéritif equivalent of a spring picnic. Bitter grapefruit is balanced by nutty fig leaves, the sweet spice of cardamom, and smooth vanilla.
