The Bubble Room brings together two accomplished artists-Executive Chef Carl Shelton and Winemaker Nicole Hitchcock. With the bounty of Sonoma County as his muse, Chef Carl creates marvelous five-course tasting menus to showcase Nicole's wines. Each menu tells a different story of the relationship between the varietal and sparkling wines and locally sourced ingredients. Guests are treated to a world-class hospitality experience as the expert staff in the J Bubble Room delights and educates with each pairing. This experience date must be mutually agreeable and scheduled in advance. The Bubble Room is open Thursday through Sunday from 11:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M. The certificate is valid through November 22, 2021. Please note that due to COVID 19 we may have to alter the experience based on current safety guidelines. Travel to and from the vineyard is not included.
