The PANELA elaboration, in general, is carried out in small factories commonly called "TRAPICHES" in rural agroindustry processes that involve multiple agricultural workers and workers in the activities of cultivation of the cane, elaboration of panela and marketing in rural areas and urban centers.

It is used as a substitute sweetener for sugar, mainly in rural areas. Its consumption among local people is usually associated, mainly in Colombia and Venezuela, with low- incomes families, something very questionable, is a low-cost food and a notorious caloric intake, more non-nutritious, and seen more as a mere soft drink.

Luz finds art to be a "divine spark". Her style is based on common life, work and the search for the wonders and mysteries in nature and daily life. It is a series that is continuous in process and deeply intimate. In her continuous interrogation, you will find light that manifests in color, the technique called ChromaDepth.

She studied Fine Arts at the Guerrero Academy of Arts in Bogotá, Colombia. After finishing her basic education and training, she found a refuge of inspiration in the mountains outside the city, as well as a clearer and broader vision of her future as a person and artist.
