Previously a builder's model home, Sunset House offers stunning western exposure over a heated pool and hot tub. The Sunset House features four en-suite bedrooms with tvs and fine linens. Two family room's that feature comfortable seating areas with tvs. The interior opens effortlessly to the endless outdoor space. The covered lanai offers a TV seating area. The outdoor kitchen offers seating along with several sun loungers. Enjoy the under dock lighting while watching the minnows swim in circles. Sting ray, manatee, and dolphin sightings are known to happen.

The Sunset House is within easy walking or biking distance to the beach, Esplanade shoppes, Marco Towne Center Mall, marina, and restaurants.
