Terms

1. ELIGIBILITY.
Employees, owners, officers and directors of Namale West, Inc., ("Sponsor") and its agents, affiliates, subsidiaries,
parent or sister companies, suppliers, distributors, promoters, vendors, independent contractors, and their
immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to win this prize item.

2. PRIZE DESCRIPTION.

Trip includes 7 nights of all-inclusive accommodations in a Garden Tropical Bure for 2 people, including meals,
beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and most activities. It shall be the winner's responsibility to book and pay for
any additional services that are not included in our all-inclusive package (such as Spa Treatments, Dive and offproperty
excursions). The trip must be completed no later than December 15, 2020 (the "Redemption Deadline"), and
any requested dates for Namale are subject to availability and certain black-out dates do apply. Any blackout dates are
at the discretion of the resort. Failure of the winner to complete the trip by the Redemption Deadline will result in
forfeiture of the trip and no further obligation by Sponsor to the purchaser. Prize is non- transferrable. The purchaser will
also be responsible for any charges not normally included with a reservation at Namale, including, without limitation,
charges for any Namale spa treatments or dive shop charges while at Namale. The trip is nontransferable and cannot be
redeemed for cash or other prizes. Does not include airfare. The approximate Retail Value of the stay is $6,820 USD tax
inclusive.

3. EXPENSES/TAXES.

All expenses not specifically provided for herein are the responsibility of the purchaser, including all taxes
associated with this prize item.
