Edge Yoga School Mind-Body Academy

Our 200-hour yoga teacher training is a Yoga Alliance approved course. Upon completing your training with Edge, you will be able to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher. This is the benchmark for teaching yoga classes whether they be in person, online, or private sessions. Earn your RYT 200 today!

We offer a flexible schedule for you to choose from! Your training will consist of lecture, lab, and practicum.

Lecture

These hours are pre-recorded from our live Zoom sessions. Earn hours in these sessions while you fill out your workbook. - 100 hours

Lab

Here is a chance to put into practice what you learned in the lectures. You will work with the instructor and fellow students to craft your skills. - 50 hours

Practicum

Here is your chance to shine! We will hold a safe space for you to practice your skills with your cohort and prepare you for the wonderful world of teaching. - 30 Hours

Homework

You will be required to complete a book report and anatomy homework. Don't sweat it though, we are here to guide you toward success. - 20 hours

Upon completion of your hours, you may petition to graduate Edge and register with Yoga Alliance. We look forward to walking alongside you on your journey.
