JOIN US FOR WISH NIGHT 2020!

When there is HOPE, magic happens! Experience an inspiring evening with Make-A-Wish Connecticut on November 14, 2020 from 7:30pm - 9:00pm. This re-imagined event will feature a mission-rich and hope-filled online program - run for the first time ever entirely by our wish kids - that celebrates HOPE and all that is possible when wishes are granted. 

The excitement kicks off on November 9 with Wish Week - five days full of inspiring wish stories, auction item highlights, special messages, event teasers and more. The silent auction will be open all week leading up to the virtual program on Saturday night you won't want to miss.

With almost 150 wishes postponed and over 60 project wishes in the works, we need your help now more than ever. There are some really easy ways for you to participate and make a big difference:

• Register to participate. You will be included in event updates and receive special announcements and teasers on our top auction items before they go live on November 9. Donations can also be made anytime through November 14 with some special incentives available until November 4!  
• Join the Facebook event. This will ensure you don't miss any details and allow you to easily invite your friends and family to join in on the fun with you! 
• Bid on Auction Items. The silent auction will kick-off on November 9. There are over 85 items, including special one-of-a-kind art made by Wish Kids, you will want to check out! Perfect opportunity to get ahead of some holiday shopping!
• Follow Make-A-Wish Connecticut on Facebook and YouTube. These pages will host the live steam starting at 7:30pm on November 14.

No matter where you tune in from, our virtual cocktail hour will go LIVE at 7:30pm EST, followed by our uplifting Wish Night program at 8:00pm EST. You can stream via Facebook or YouTube (links above). 

We rely heavily on this event to fund wishes and programs for Connecticut children with critical illnesses.

About Make-A-Wish

Make-A-Wish believes that a wish experience can be a game-changer for a child with a life-threatening medical condition. This one belief guides us in everything we do. It inspires us to grant wishes that change the lives of the kids we serve. It compels us to be creative in exceeding the expectations of every wish kid. It drives us to make our donated resources go as far as possible. Most of all, it's the founding principle of our vision to grant the wish of every eligible child.

Wishes are more than just a nice thing. And they are far more than gifts, or singular events in time.
