Situated on South Point Drive, there is direct dock access to Sugarloaf Sound, which connects both to the Florida Straits and the Gulf of Mexico. The dock has an electric boat lift and ladder access to Sugarloaf Sound with a 40-foot dredge immediately off dock. Sugarloaf Sound is perfect for kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding.

Lauderdale or Miami and enjoy the scenic drive on 1A through the Keys. Travel time from Miami and/or Ft. Lauderdale is approximately 3 ½ hrs.
