Sterling silver horse pendant on black leather cord with sterling silver clasp by sculptor Dave Stevenson. Size: Approximate 2 1/2" nose to tail, 1 1/2" tall, on a 12" cord.
One of sculptor Dave Stevenson's most cherished childhood memories is galloping with blistering speed across the meadows of West Hills Park in Long Island, NY. Ramour is named after the magnificent Arabian the artist rode most often. The adjustable black leather cord is finished with a sterling silver sliding clasp and signature D/S end-caps.
Dave Stevenson splits his time between an apartment in Manhattan that he shares with sculptress Elizabeth Hodes and a live/work studio in Gardiner, NY, strategically located striking distance from their favorite climbing crag. Stevenson's dynamic artwork has been featured on screens both big & small for productions on ABC, CBS, Fuse, VH1 Classic and most recently HBO MAX (Love Life) and NETFLIX (e.g. Tales of the City, MARVEL's Jessica Jones?). Corporate collections include Pfizer, Brandywine Realty Trust, and filmmaker James Cameron's Lightstorm Entertainment. Stevenson graduated from The College of William & Mary with a B.A. in Fine Arts.
