We Did It!

Thank you to everyone who contributed to making The PS32 Spring Auction a success!  We appreciate all of your help and support!  The Auction is our biggest fundraiser bringing in more than HALF the PTA's annual budget.  Though we weren't able to celebrate in person, nothing could stop us from supporting our school community! 

Donations directly to the PTA can still be made through auction site to help raise every penny we can!

FAQs

How do I participate in the online bidding?

Just hit the "Register Now" button towards the top of this page and enter your name, phone number and email.  Credit card information is required to bid. 

 

How do I start and continue bidding?

Browse from home on your computer, tablet or smartphone. Once you bid on items, you can opt to set a maximum bid and Givesmart will continue to keep you in the running until the item price reaches your maximum bid.

 

How do I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won and item?

You will be notified by text if you have been outbid.  Keep on eye on your items.  If you are NOT receiving text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile.  The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or have reached your maximum bid.  If you won an item, you will receive a text notification when the auction closes.  Payments will be processed the night the auction closes.

 
Will bids and purchases made in March be honored when the auction reopens?

Yes! When we paused the auction in March all bids were maintained. We are contacting high bidders and buy now purchasers to make sure they want to hold their bid spot before reopening.  If a high bidder doesn't want to maintain their bid we will contact the next highest bidder before the auction opens.


Why don't I see an item that I was expecting to see?

Because of business closures and restrictions or where items are currently stored some donations were not able to be included in Spring Auction, but we are so thankful to everyone who so generously donated to PS32!  

 

How do I collect my winnings?

Some items are available for digital delivery, others can be shipped or are available for contactless  drop-off within District 15 on the weekends of June 20-21 and June 27-28.  Class art and a handful of other items are stored at school. They may not be available for pick up until the fall. Winners are responsible for shipping costs if applicable.


When will the Children's Raffle winners be drawn?

The raffle buckets are stored at school and we have not been able to access them. But all prizes are safe and sound! We will draw winners when we have them in hand, though it might not be till school reopens in the fall.
