"It's Five o'clock Somewhere" - This custom Gear Box Guitar was created by Hillbrook parent Lance Martin and is a one of a kind item. Lance Martin currently has two Gear Box Guitars hanging in the National Blues Museum in their 21st century cigar-box-style guitar exhibit. This 3-String Fretless Slide Guitar is tuned to open G (GDG) and was thoughtfully created for the best sound. The body is made from a vintage movie film canister with an antique clock face and threaded rod bridge. The hardware is all chrome with 3-way switch. Mini-humbucker pickup at the bridge and single coil pickup at the neck. An introductory lesson to a three-string guitar is also included! While this style of guitar is different, it is much easier to play in many respects. These types of folk guitars have a rich history, especially in blues. With a 3-string tuned to open G you can play thousand's of songs with one finger. Visit Lance's Facebook page
