Host a one-of-a-kind Mexican dinner party for up to (10) couples in your own home, but leave all the preparations to Maria Orozco and Jose Orozco. Relax and socialize while Maria and Jose prepare an exquisite buffet-style authentic Mexican meal. Jose and Maria will personally ensure that your meal is served and everyone is satisfied. The menu will include: Two Specialty drinks of Mango and Pineapple Sangria and "Casualitas", which consists of tequila and fresh squeezed orange, grapefruit, lime juices with a splash of coke, and is served in a small Mexican bowl. Appetizers include: homemade guacamole, two different homemade salsas with chips, shrimp ceviche, and homemade cheese quesadillas; three (3) Entrees to be selected by the winner and Jose; Side dishes include Spanish rice, beans, a fresh seasonal vegetable dish, and of course, his famous homemade corn tortillas. Desserts include authentic homemade flan, bunuelitos, and tres leches cake. It is sure to be a memorable night and a Fiesta to remember!
