? Architectural Drawings of Existing Conditions or As-Builts $1.00 per existing square foot or $2,000.00 (min) / Existing drawings required for Design Packages

? Schematic Design Package Design options, site review, architectural drawings of selected design at schematic level. / Price varies per project scope starting at $8,000.00 (min)

? Design Development Package Includes the Schematic Design Package plus a selection of materials and finishes, including lighting and furniture layout. This is a great package to give contractors for preliminary pricing. / Fee varies per project scope starting at $12,500.00 (min)

? Interior Decorating Conceptual design intent, selection of interior finishes, furniture, and accessories. / Fee varies per project scope starting at $5,500.00 (min). Cost of furniture/accessories not included.

Locations greater than a ten-mile radius from Fernbank Elementary are subject to a travel fee, which includes cost for mileage and travel time. Fees for commercial properties are comparable to residential fees listed above. Fees listed do not include reimbursables. Construction documents, permitting, bidding and review of construction process not included.
