One week in Serene Eagle: a two-bedroom; two- bath luxury condo with rooftop patio overlooking the Caribbean in three directions. The condo is located at The Meridian; a private development at Roatán's farthest west tip and the perfect place to enjoy the West Bay attractions AND retreat from all the tourists. The condo is beautifully furnished in a modern boho style with glossy Venetian plaster walls; travertine floors; and mahogany woodwork.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas range; full-sized refrigerator and dishwasher. Be sure to have your cab driver stop at Eldon's for groceries on your way in from the airport. You'll want to eat breakfast in - and maybe even lunch and dinner!
The master bedroom has a very comfortable king sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the option for a private bathroom as well. The living room couch opens into a surprisingly comfortable queen bed should you choose.
The rooftop is the ideal spot on the island to watch the sunrise with your coffee AND the sunset with a cocktail. It's spacious enough to entertain and private enough to sunbathe as you like.
You will enjoy full privileges at the Meridian including a meticulous maintained pool and hot tub; a swim up bar; an additional salt water pool; highly sought after snorkeling beach and the Kismet; beach-side palapa bar and restaurant.
The condo is a short walk from the West Bay Mall where you will find shopping; an excellent cafe; and medical services. The West Bay Beach offers a plethora of excursions including scuba; snorkeling; parasailing; paddle boarding; kayaking; jet skiing; and water taxis to other locations around the island. And of course the shore is lined with restaurants and bars for exciting nightlife. (We recommend Saturday nights at Hangover Hut for excellent live music and dancing!)
Roatan is on the meso-American reef and offers over 200 named dive sites. The island is mountainous and full of lush vegetation. It's famous white sand beaches extend into the pristine aqua blue sea. You're gonna love it here!! (We do!)
