Certain Restrictions apply:

a)Such ticket issued hereunder is non-transferable and shall not be resold by Contractor or the person for whom the ticket has been issued.
b)*Blackout periods apply: 01-09 January, 10 June -09 September and 10-31 December
c)Transportation of passenger referred to in ticket issued hereunder shall be in accordance with applicable tariffs and all rules and regulations of such tariffs shall apply thereto except that tickets issued hereunder shall not be endorsed, exchanged transferred or refunded in cash except as otherwise provided herein.
d) The contractor/Passenger is responsible for all expenses not specifically stated as part of the Prize, including, but not limited to, airline fuel surcharges, September 11 Security Fee, any applicable taxes and governmental fees or surcharges, airport charges, local transportation including air and/or ground
transportation to Washington Dulles (IAD), Newark (EWR), New York (JFK), Chicago (ORD) or Houston (IAH) overnight accommodations, incidentals and any items of a personal nature

e)Refund is not applicable, except for paid taxes on fully unused tickets.
f)Ticket issued hereunder shall not be reissued in any amount, whatsoever which will extend their validity
beyond the terms of applicable tariffs.
g)Any unused ticket by the contractor at the date of termination of this agreement as provided hereunder shall be forfeited and the account between Contractor and ETHIOPIAN shall be deemed satisfied and closed.
This contract shall terminate (a) 1 year from March 07, 2020, (b) immediately in the event any applicable law or rule, regulations or resolution of an association of which either party hereto is a member shall prohibit or make unlawful this agreement or any provision therein, whichever first occurs. Any termination hereof shall not relieve
parties from obligation of liabilities incurred hereunder before the date of effectiveness of such termination
.
