Restrictions:

The Whitehall Hotel: Not redeemable for cash. Expires December 30, 2020. Certificate must be mentioned when reserving room. Redemption is subject to availability and cannot be used when hotel is projecting 80% or greater occupancy. Original certificate must be presented, copies will not be accepted, at check-in. Gift certificate cannot be extended and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. If you fail to show for your reservation, the gift certificate will be void and no longer usable.

CSO: Certificate expires June 13, 2021 and cannot extended to future seasons. Allow up to two (2) weeks for redemption. Artists and programming are subject to change. Certificate may not be redeemed for the following dates: Multi Conducts Missa Solemnis, L'Opera Italina con Muti, CSO at the Movies, Classic Encounter, SCP Jazz, Chamber, Piano, and Special events and any other concerts specified as Exchange-Restricted Performances.
