Your child(ren) will have the opportunity to collaborate with Chef Doug Foss P '23, '26, Thayer's Director of Food Services, to plan lunch for one school week during the 2019-2020 school year. Breakfast for lunch may be on the menu more than once! Chef Doug will also share what goes into planning a balanced menu.
