Located in Stony Point right alongside the beautiful and vibrant landscape of Harriman State Park, Gate Hill offers a traditional camp setting close enough to include door-to-door (some exceptions in NYC), air-conditioned transportation with professional drivers and friendly bus counselor staff.

With 33 acres of outdoor adventure, authentic athletic fields, creative & performing arts, wet & wacky fun at the Splash Park, and a heated, 4-pool complex, Gate Hill Day Camp has been providing meaningful and memorable summer experiences for campers and their families for over 60 years.

Gate Hill offers day campers, children ages 3 to entering 10th grade, an experience of a lifetime. Your kids will thrive within an exciting and developmentally age-appropriate program.

Campers choose from myriad activities, among them sports (including tennis, soccer, basketball, and gaga) and arts (theater, music, and cooking, as well as sculpting, glazing and baking original ceramic masterpieces).

Each age group has its own time at the aquatics facility for swim instruction. In the same small teaching groups each day, campers progress with others their age and skill in a comfortable, supportive environment.

Gate Hill builds wonder and self-confidence with inspiring outdoor and adventure activities. Soar through the air on a 300 ft. zip line, race at go-carts, enjoy bumper boating, explore the serene mountain setting with an in-house nature specialist, or set your sights on the 45-foot climbing tower!

Gate Hill's 2020 summer season is 8 weeks from Monday, June 29th to Friday, August 21st (Closed July 3rd). Also ask about 4-week sessions (6/29 - 7/24 or 7/27 - 8/21).

$1,500 Tuition Savings certificate to be put towards a 4-8 week summer session at Gate Hill Day Camp. Single-use, must enroll within 6 weeks of receipt of certificate. Availability is limited.
