Second, only to the Montreal Canadians in their Stanley Cup haul (13), the Toronto Maple Leafs are an "Original Six" franchise that plays its home games at Scotiabank Arena. Founded in 1917, the team was known as the Toronto Arenas and the Toronto St. Patricks, before moving to their current moniker in 1927. With a storied tradition that has seen the likes of Darryl Sittler, Big Bomber Charlie Conacher, Mats Sundin and Doug Gilmour don a blue and white sweater, the Leafs boast one of the NHL's most loyal fan bases. A total of 15,000 of the 18,900 seats in their home facility are reserved for season tickets holders, making Toronto Maple Leafs tickets a prized commodity.
