Le Colonial is a celebration of the spirit and vivid flavors of 1920's French Colonial Southeast Asia. Executive Chef Team, Nicole Routhier and Hassan Obaye, have reimagined culinary traditions from the region and added contemporary touches to create a balance of classic Vietnamese comfort foods and fusions of French-Asian cuisine.
